Lassi Come Home

Very quick update as we are about to depart for Gangtok and meet our Rickshaw. Great day yesterday – visited a tea plantation, the Darjeeling Zoo (very impressive zoo – mostly open and not caged enclosures and a great conservation program), and the highlight was the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute Museum. T Norgay – who was the first to climb Everest with E Hillary – lived in Darjeeling and is a local hero here.
